* Building Awareness
* Eliminating harmful influences
* Strengthening oneself spiritually, emotionally and mentally
* Tracking personal growth consistently
The interactive presentation encouraged participants to reflect deeply on who they currently are versus who they aspire to become, while emphasising the importance of discipline, emotional strength, consistency and purposeful living.
Brother Yahya Moola, a specialist Wellness Counsellor and Darul Ihsan volunteer, actively engaged the learners on mental wellness, emotional awareness and the importance of understanding and managing emotions in a healthy and balanced manner. The session created meaningful engagement and encouraged youth to positively reflect on their emotional wellbeing and personal struggles constructively.
Moulana Muhammad Ameer, Head of Social Department of Darul Ihsan Centre, concluded the programme with a practical presentation titled, “How to Plan and Programme Your Life”, encouraging youth to develop routines, identify strengths, pursue growth and live intentionally with direction and purpose. Important themes included gratitude, discipline, planning, self-development and surrounding oneself with positive influences.
