Q: Is using make-up products, lipstick and other similar items allowed for women?

A: If the ingredients are Halaal then it is permissible. However, one should not beautify oneself to attract attention, praises and acknowledgment of others, especially non mahram men. A women should beautify herself for the pleasure of her husband. If the make-up is not porous then it must be removed before Wudhu and Ghusal.
