Especially highlighted is the “Tahalul Min Al-Nisk” initiative, which has served 1.7 million pilgrims at no cost. This initiative especially concerns itself with logistical challenges faced by pilgrims during rituals, and relies on and provides digital solutions to ease this process.
The Customer Experience World Forum handed over the award in recognition of the programme’s success, which constantly seeks to enhance services and experiences for Umrah and Hajj pilgrims.
Authority President, Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, said in response to the award, “This achievement demonstrates our dedication to placing the pilgrim experience at the centre of our operations.”
