Q: Is a husband allowed to kiss his wife while fasting? Can he touch her etc. without having any sexual relation? What is allowed for a husband/wife to do while they are fasting?

A: Kissing and touching one’s spouse whilst fasting is permissible. However, this is Makrooh as it can lead to arousal which could then lead to something not permitted when fasting. If there is an exchange of saliva during the kissing (French kissing) the fast will break and Qadha and Kaffarah will be necessary.
