Q: Is a husband allowed to kiss, touch or hug his wife while fasting? What is allowed for a husband/wife to do while they are fasting?

A: Kissing, hugging and touching one’s spouse whilst fasting is permissible. However, this should be avoided as it can lead to arousal which could then lead to the breaking of the fast.
