Q: Is sleeping with your legs facing qibla permissible?

A: Stretching the legs in the direction of someone or something of status and worthy of respect like one's parents, teachers, the pious, the Quran or the Ka'bah, etc. is considered a form of disrespect.

The renowned Hanafi Jurist, Allamah Shaami (Rahimahullah), has mentioned that stretching the legs towards the Qiblah without a valid excuse is Makrooh because it is disrespectful.
