Q: If a person's qurbani was done in a country in which Eid was a  day ahead and one's qurbani done on 10Zul Hijjah , will one's qurbani be valid?

A: There are two views amongst our Ulama regarding this. Though it would be more precautious to delay the Qurbani based on this difference of opinion, we opine with the view that it is valid since the place where the animal is being slaughtered is taken into consideration.
