Q: Are there any parts of the animal (except blood) that is haraam to consume?

A: SEVEN PARTS OF HALAAL ANIMAL

The Fuqaha have stated that the following seven parts of a halaal animal slaughtered according to the Islamic rites are makrooh (highly detestable).
1) flowing blood
2) male genitals
3) female genitals
4) testicles
5) glands
6) bladder
7) spinal cord (marrow)
