Q: About 2 months ago, Jumuah salaah was performed in our Masjid (Hanafi) with Qunoot Nazilah as is done in Fajr for the people of Syria. Is the Salaah valid or should Qaza be made?

A: In situations where Qunoot-e-Naazilah needs to be recited then this should be restricted to only the Fajr Salaah. The Imaam should not recite this in other salaah like Jumuah etc. Nevertheless if this has been done, then the Salaah is valid and there is no need to make Qaza.
